A company based out of Iraq, X Consulting, has asked ASP LLC to assist getting contracts with the US Department of Defense to provide armed escort services for the US convoys coming from Kuwait to Iraq and soon to Syria. X Consulting is currently providing very little as a subcontractor of another subcontractor of the prime contractor the holder of the contract.
X Consulting has the capacity to provide much more and asked ASP LLC to register their company with SAM (System Award Management) in order to be register with the US Federal Government Procurement agencies so they can pretend to be contracted directly. Besides X Consulting getting contracts, the side effect is that the US Department of Defense will save money by contracting the direct operator instead of contracting a company that will subcontract to another company that will contract the actual company providing the service itself.
X Consulting has paid a fee for this registration service and if an opportunity comes out we will assist them to bid and if successful X Consulting will pay ASP LLC a success fee of 2%..
